THE FUNDAMENTAL VALUES OF SOCIETY IN LIGHT OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF ROMANIA

Abstract

A detailed examination of the supreme values—human dignity, equality, and freedom—enshrined in Romania’s fundamental law. The article highlights the “discrepancy gap” where social reality, such as corruption and inequality, fails to meet constitutional ideals. It calls for an integration of national vision with European standards of the rule of law.
