UMFST Law Review aims to be registered in national and international databases in order to offer the widest possible range of opportunities to those who will publish in this Journal. With consistent activity, the Journal aims to promote the latest studies conducted by students/professors or even individuals active in the legal field, thus becoming an important pillar in the academic development of each individual.

Our Aims
The Journal aims to become a forum for debates on theoretical and practical issues of law disciplines and interdisciplinary domains; it also wants to become a support for legal practitioners to enhance their activity, as well as to stimulate the research activity that proves to be relevant on a regional, national and international level.
Our Scopes
The purpose of the journal UMFST Law Review is to provide a platform of theoretical debate and research for the advancement of the understanding of the issues that arise in Law, national or international, and also to provide a medium for the specialists in the field of Law to be informed on the actual issues of the juridical sciences (civil, general theory of the law etc.) and on the jurisprudence; to bring over specialists in order to analyze the legal fundamental issues and the jurisprudence that had been remarked during the appearance of the journal.
