comprising 18 dedicated members, this journal reflects months of commitment and vision.
From its early conception to its official launch, UMFST Law Review embodies the idea that
students are not only the beneficiaries of education but also its active contributors.

In its inaugural issue, UMFST Law Review brings together a diverse and impressive body of
work: 15 legal articles written by 21 authors representing 7 different universities across
Romania and abroad. The articles address pressing legal issues of our time, from emerging
challenges in human rights law to the evolving dimensions of international trade and
